Projects

Since its inception on February 12, 2020, our members have gained valuable knowledge from one another through regular Zoom seminars. This has led to the publication of books, the establishment of new businesses, and the realisation of visions that had been dormant due to a lack of resources or encouragement. Additionally, more marriages have taken place as our children have had the opportunity to connect with one another, among many other positive developments within our community.

TWID has successfully installed ten boreholes in Tivland and the future plan includes installing more boreholes and setting up TWID kitchens in the diaspora.

Donations to Daudu Internally Displaced People (IDP) Camp

TWID’s donation of essentials like bedding to internally displaced people (IDP) in Tivland underscores its commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for those affected by internal conflicts. By addressing the basic needs of these vulnerable individuals, TWID not only alleviates immediate suffering but also reinforces the importance of dignity and comfort in times of crisis. This significant contribution reflects TWID’s understanding that providing essentials like bedding is crucial for the well-being and recovery of displaced populations, highlighting their proactive role in community support and humanitarian efforts.
